TOQIDEX LAUNCHES CONSUMER UPDATE WITH PERSONALIZED CANNABIS PREDICTION ENGINE

December 22, 2025 – Toronto, ON — TOQidex has released a major Consumer Update to its free cannabis app, introducing a personalized prediction engine that helps users anticipate how future cannabis products may affect them, based on their own logged experiences and the chemical profiles of the products they use.

The update is now live and available at www.toqidex.com.

From Brand Feedback to Personal Prediction
Originally developed as a platform for cannabis brands to upload Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and collect structured product feedback, TOQidex has evolved into a consumer-facing tool that delivers personalized predictions. These insights are powered by a user's own data, not generic labels, offering a clearer understanding of how cannabis may interact with their body and mind.

Easy Logging, Meaningful Insights
TOQidex makes logging cannabis products simple and fast through its product scanner feature. Consumers can take just a couple of photos of the product they are using, such as a label or packaging, and TOQidex will
automatically extract the relevant chemical data, including cannabinoids, terpenes, potency, product type, and batch or lot number.
This removes the need for manual entry while maintaining accuracy. Users then simply record how the product made them feel emotionally, physically, or symptomatically.
Every entry becomes part of a user’s personal history, making it easy to retrieve what worked and what did not while powering the prediction engine to improve over time.

A System That Learns From You
The prediction engine activates after a user logs 10 unique cannabis products. It evaluates:

Cannabinoid and terpene combinations
Potency (including THC and CBD percentages)
Product format (inhalation or ingestion)
Recreational or medical use intent
Emotional and physical outcomes, including symptom relief

TOQidex generates probability-based predictions that reflect the user's personal response patterns. Confidence indicators are always visible, and confidence improves over time as more data is added.

A More Meaningful Example
A user who consistently logs that specific cannabinoid-terpene profiles increase their anxiety will begin to see predicted probabilities for future products, indicating the likelihood of that emotional response occurring again. The same applies to other tracked outcomes, whether recreational, such as calm, focus, or anxiety, or medical, such as sleep, pain relief, or nausea. As users continue logging, the engine refines its understanding and adapts accordingly.
“Cannabis isn’t predictable by labels alone,” says Drew Henson, Founder and CEO of TOQi Technologies. “People deserve a way to understand which terpene and cannabinoid combinations tend to work for them, which products have helped their symptoms, and which ones may increase anxiety. We can’t tell someone definitively how a product will feel, but we can predict the probability based on their own experience, and that’s a meaningful step forward.”
A Consumer-First Approach
Personalization over labels – Individual experience drives the prediction, not strain names
Transparency over hype – Confidence levels and learning progress are clearly shown
Free access – No subscriptions. No in-app upselling. API integrations are the only paid tier
